Shipping policy

We ship women’s padded coats worldwide. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package status online.

Shipping times vary by destination. Standard shipping generally takes 10–20 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery, which takes 5–10 business days at an extra cost. Please note delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal issues or unexpected weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. We do not cover these extra charges. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us with photos within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
